Namaste Kid offers an entire FREE library of yoga poses for kids! Use these yoga poses as a guide for your yoga practice, preschool or daycare, or an elementary classroom. They are fun, child-friendly, and great for everybody!

It is ok if children fall down, tip over, or don’t hold the pose “perfectly.” Allow children to move their bodies freely and within their comfort range. Yoga poses can help them learn to be calm, strengthen or stretch their muscles, or energize their bodies and focus their minds – in a new and engaging way!
