Upward Salute is often the first yoga pose that children learn! This full body stretch has the ability to be both a calming and energizing pose, and helps to get our blood flowing and recenter our focus.
Some of our favorite weather-themed kids yoga activities with Upward Salute are Little Cloud and The Wind Blew! Both are fun and easy ways to bring yoga into schools, daycares, or yoga class.
