Seated Eagle Pose is a very early version of Eagle Pose. As children become more advanced, you may wish to increase the difficulty by having them stand with their legs crossed in an X while in this pose.
This pose also helps children to practice self-love with the hugs they give to themselves! Some of our most popular calming hugs are found in Hug and Where the Wild Things Are.
