Owl Pose is a fun and playful yoga pose that kids of all ages enjoy! Children strengthen and stretch their legs, as they practice balancing in this animal-themed pose.

This owl turns into a rooster in Chinese Zodiac Animals, and is perched sweetly in its nest in Little Owl Lost

To encourage breathing in the pose, make owl sounds while holding while your wings are folded!

Step 1
Begin in Mountain Pose, then step your feet apart.

Step 2
Bend your knees, and place your hands on the floor between your feet.

Step 3
When you feel balanced, lift your back upright, and fold your owl wings behind you.

Step 4
When you are ready, unfold your arms and lower yourself to a seated position.
