Step 1
Begin in Cobbler Pose.
Step 2
Adjust your arms and hands, so you are holding on to your feet.
Step 3
Lean back slightly, and straighten your legs as you keep holding your feet.
Step 4
Lift your chest to help you keep your back straight.
Step 5
If you are ready for a challenge, see if you can gently flap your butterfly wings in this pose!
Step 6
Gently return your feet to the floor.
