Dolphin Pose can be so many different things – you are only limited by your imagination! Picture a dolphin or shark fin, a pile of leaves or snow, or even a triangle.
This calming pose is in many of our Teaching Tools, including Shark in the Dark and Franklin Wants a Pet.
Step 1
Begin on your hands and knees, in Table Pose.
Step 2
Lower yourself to resting on your forearms and knees.
Step 3
Curl your toes under, and lift your knees off of your mat.
Step 4
Hold this pose for up to one minute.
Step 5
Release your knees to the floor, then rest in Child’s Pose.
