Bakasana

Crow Pose is a challenging yoga pose that kids enjoy practicing! Laugh and have fun as children work on their balance, tip over, and try again.

You’ll be amazed at how quickly they learn to hold themselves up, even if it’s just for a few seconds!

Step 1
Begin in Mountain Pose.

Step 2
Step your feet apart, and place your hands on your mat in front of you.

Step 3
Bend your elbows, and lean forward to touch your shins to your upper arms.

Step 4
Lift up on the balls of your feet, and continue to lean forward until your feet leave the floor.

Step 5
Hold this pose, then slowly return to your mat in a squatting position.

Step 6
Have fun practicing your balance!
