Some of our favorite kids yoga activities that incorporate this pose are Birthday Cake and Not a Box. Both are fun and easy ways to bring yoga into elementary schools, preschool, or yoga class.
Step 1
Sit with your legs in front of you, with your legs spread comfortably apart.
Step 2
Rest your hands between your legs, and slide them forward.
Step 3
Hold this position for a couple of breaths.
Step 4
Slowly return to sitting upright, then bring your legs back together.
