Seated Twist is an excellent stretch for kids of all ages and abilities! Children stretch their upper bodies, as they gently reach into this calming twist.
Sit with your legs crossed.
Take one hand, and place it on your opposite knee.
Keep your back tall, and slowly twist your upper body so you can rest your other hand on the floor behind you.
Hold this pose for a couple of breaths, then release your body from the twist and return to facing forward.
Repeat on your opposite side.
