Step 1
Begin by standing tall, then step your legs apart.

Step 2
Turn your toes outward and bring your hands to heart center.

Step 3
Bend your knees into a comfortable squat.

Step 4
Hold this pose for a couple of breaths, then straighten your knees and relax your hands to your sides.
