Happy Baby is a fun and relaxing yoga pose that kids of all ages benefit from. For animal-themed kids yoga activities, this pose makes a playful otter or a spider resting in its web.

Children stretch and massage their backs, as they gently rock back and forth. Some of our favorite calming yoga activities that use Happy Baby are Relaxing Flow and Good Night, Gorilla.

Step 1
Begin by laying on your back.

Step 2
Bend your knees towards your belly, and hold onto your feet.

Step 3
Allow your body to gently rock side-to-side.

Step 4
When you are done, slowly release your legs to the floor.
