Corpse Pose is considered a final resting pose, and is usually introduced at the end of a yoga class or calming yoga sequence. Easy for all ages, and an excellent time to relax to guided visualizations.

Step 1
Lay on your back, with your arms comfortably close to your body and your palms facing up.

Step 2
Close your eyes, and focus on deep breathing.

Step 3
